CLASS DESCRIPTION

DESIGN

Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up designed to elevate core temperature and increase flexibility, preparing you for the strenuous workout to come. After the warm-up we often begin with a run ranging from a few laps up to 1 mile. If you are a slow runner, do not be discouraged. We have many ways of accommodating all fitness abilities. Most of the exercises in Fitness Rangers bootcamp utilize your own body weight and develop tremendous core strength, allowing you to become much more proficient in life's daily tasks.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

We put these exercises into an intense circuit training format. Exercises include but are not limited to push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats, sit-ups, plyometrics, speed, agility, and flexibility training. The exercises come at you at a fast pace, military style. This form of rudimentary exercise allows you to build muscle, burn fat, develop core strength and flexibility all while increasing your cardiovascular ability. The results are astounding! Two hours a week of circuit training is more effective than 5 hours a week of sustained cardio. There is no need for the ellipticals or treadmills.

TEAMWORK

Teamwork is an important motivating factor to a Fitness Ranger. Together we can achieve much more than we ever would on our own. We will gladly do the workouts with you and will not ask you to do anything that you are not capable of. The results and your fitness level will dramatically increase throughout the six week program because of this teamwork component. Pre and post assessments put your improvements into a measurable format

Even though we will work you harder than you can imagine, we have fun and leave each class with a sense of accomplishment. You will do more in one hour than most people do in an entire week of workouts. We are here to push you far beyond what you think you are capable of.  We are not going to demean you or embarrass you.  We are here to motivate you, encourage you and see you achieve amazing results that you couldn't or wouldn't get on your own.  Fitness Rangers is a positive and encouraging environment where, "FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!"

                                                                      


SIX WEEK PROGRAM

Make a commitment and complete the program with better and more measurable performance results. By signing up for the standard 6-week class you give your body a chance to produce results. We do a pre and post session evaluation that measures your progress and allows you to set more attainable goals for the future to ensure future fitness progression.

 
LEVEL 1 BOOTCAMP
An introductory level workout that is perfect for the beginner recruit! Workouts will start out with a focus on form and proper technique. You will gradually increase your strength, stamina, and self confidence in this class. Get more accomplished in one hour than most people do in one week!

Listed below are the three locations that we currently offer classes: Folsom, East Sacramento, and Carmichael. We offer a diverse number of classes at different levels. Classes are offered in the morning and the evening to best suit your busy schedules.
